Cannot Redeem the 14-days trial of Xbox live gold.

I got two 14-days trial of gold membershisp from the xbox one assasin creed bundle;

I tried to redeem them through the xbox console but when I check the account subscription, it seems like I have no membership at all;

So I tried to re-type in the code and it said already been used;

Could u help me with this? I don't what I am doing wrong and I hope I could save my free one month trial as well.

Xbox Live Code - Trial

I have a 14 Day Trial up for grabs if anyone wants it, same rules as DR K as above.
1 Thing I should mention though is I tried to redeem it when my Live had ran out and would not redeem due to me already having a Gold previously so I believe the 14 day trials that come with the x1 are for Gamertags that have never had Gold.

xbox live gold issue

hello,

I have bought a Xbox one last weekend, and it has a 14 days trial live gold in it. This tuesday I used the trial and my current account, created long ago, became the live gold. And everything is ok then.

But from yesterday to now, I cannot use the live gold, and the discounts I found before also cannot be found.

I want to know if my trial live gold is out of service or something, please help me find out.

Please bear in mind Xbox Gold trials does not stack to each other. If you redeemed a 14 day trial code then redeem a 2 day code it will remove the 14 day trial code. Have you redeemed other codes besides the 14 day trial?

I understand that a xbox game pass 14 days trial code or a xbox live gold 14 days trial code can't be used/sold as xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial code for sure.

Because a 'xbox games pass ultimate 14 days trial code' equals a 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code + xbox live gold 14 days trial code', so for new Microsoft/Xbox accounts, a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game
pass 14 days trial code' or 'xbox gold live 14 days trial code' , right?

Please help to clarify.

just purchased the tomb raider 1tb xbox one bundle, which comes with a 14 day xbox live gold trial. it actually says "activate your 14 day xbox live gold trial." i am having the same issues. cannot dl free games, yet able to chat. if i try to dl a free game,
it wants me to upgrade to gold. WTF? it says live gold trial! explain that!
