    Cannot redeem Minecraft 10 Key


    Hi there,

    I recently returned to PC after a few years. I had purchased Java Edition of Minecraft in 2010 and have been hoping to download MCBE so I can play with my nephew online, but when I follow the instructions to redeeming my key it is not appearing. I should also
    note that when I logged in my account name had changed and my character had an unfamiliar skin. My guess is that someone has hacked my account and redeemed my code. Any idea on how I can go about this? Am I pretty much just out of luck?

    Hi KyleLandon,

    The redemption option for the Minecraft BE version if you had the Java version has expired and needed to be redeemed before the 20th of April 2020. So this maybe why it's not working.
