Cannot Redeem Live Gold & Canival Games Cards.

i've bought xbox 360 a few days ago.

i've bought an 12month + 1 bonus Month XBOX LIVE GOLD MEMBERSHIP card , i've sctrached it ..

and its not working!

i'am getting this error :

this xbox is brand new , latest version updated..
this account is new too , sms verifed ..
im from israel , is that should be a problem ?
the live card is from israel too and its like "Call Od Duty Ghost" edition or something (idk what does it mean because its not the game itself xD) .
anyway..
i need help and fast :S

If you use a Pre-Paid Redeem Code Card, for a Xbox Live Gold Subscription, it doesn't show your full tenure Dakrkplayer2 (ie. Years on Xbox Live Gold)... My Profile & account, is showing two years on gold & i've been on 12 month Gold since 2008, with this
GamerTag etc..

cannot redeem xbox gold membership 12 months prepaid card says Something went wrong.

 

It's very possible that the card was not activated at the retailer. Try taking it back and ask if they can activate the card for you.

Make sure you're entering the code properly. Sometimes 0 can be mistaken for O or 8 for B.

 

Getting the same error. Tried the code even replacing the '0' with 'O'.

 

Uh, probably not a good idea posting the code like that for everyone to see.
