    Cannot redeem kameo code


    Cannot redeem kameo code and i am receiving errors XBOS1005 and XBOS-4000

    was told to add reference code:

    (god i shouldn't be helping you...supporting that team!. arrrggghhh Cannot redeem kameo code :) )

    I had the same problem, which was really confusing for me to start with, I couldn't do anything online because the xbox one wanted me to accept updated terms and conditions to start with, when it did this I got a error which stopped me connecting to live, and although I could browse the web I couldn't get on the live service

    to get round this I went to the xbox live account on my pc and accepted them there - it then worked instantly.

    however from previous threads it seems like your already on live.

    actually Wednesday are big!

    To clarify, have you used our
    Region Migration Tool     to migrate to the region you're physically located in? Follow that page's steps to set your account region to the region you're currently located in.

    Hi thank you very much I didn't realise there was a tool I had to use, I thought I just had to set it on the console. I have now been able to successfully redeem the code Cannot redeem kameo code :D Thanks again!

    If the code is not a 25 character code, then it cannot be redeemed on Xbox. You would need to redeem the code on the Fastcard website.
