Discus and support Cannot redeem golden member codes in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have tried on both the websites and xboxone for two days.     I have tried on both the websites and xboxone for two days.

    It shows the same error codes as below and asked me to try later:

    XBOS1005

    Didn't find what it means on the websites. Could anyone help?

    (god i shouldn't be helping you...supporting that team!. arrrggghhh Cannot redeem golden member codes :) )

    I had the same problem, which was really confusing for me to start with, I couldn't do anything online because the xbox one wanted me to accept updated terms and conditions to start with, when it did this I got a error which stopped me connecting to live, and although I could browse the web I couldn't get on the live service

    to get round this I went to the xbox live account on my pc and accepted them there - it then worked instantly.

    however from previous threads it seems like your already on live.

    actually Wednesday are big!

    It seems like you may be trying to redeem a code for a different region than that of your account. If you believe your account may be set to the wrong region, you can migrate your Xbox Live account here:

    live.xbox.com/.../AccountMigration

    Do I need to re-bind my credit card after account migration? Will the Games I purchased and redeemed disappear?

    There are a lot of things to take into consideration before migrating your account, and I would definitely look through the link included below before starting a migration. Any balance in your Microsoft account will
    not carry over. Your credit card on file should not change. As far as games purchased/redeems, so long as your console is still licensed and the content is not blocked in that region, you should be fine. Support recommends that you download
    everything before migrating, just in case.

    You have to enter the codes into the Shift screen on the main menu...I was lucky to redeem one of these Twitter codes on Wednesday after just getting the game...gave me 8 Golden keys before I even reached Sanctuary lol
