Cannot redeem Gears of War Games Codes on XBox One

Hello Sirs/Madam,

Got my gears of war download codes as part of my purchase of the XBox One S Gears of War Console, but unable to redeem the codes, keep getting XBOS1005 Errors, was able to talk to Franzes M of Support that refered me to this team. My Gamertag was previously
US - Region but changed it to PH - Region as the console was purchased here in PH. But still having issues in redeeming the codes both when the gamertag was US, and when it was changed to PH. Was able to redeem the Gears of War 4 code from the console box
when the gamertag was US.

Appreciate your assistance on this, my gamertag is and microsoft account [Mod Removed - Please do not post personal information]

Export RB1 songs now or later?

The twenty free DLC can be downloaded right away. The code that we get is the one you type directly into XBox Live on the Redeem Code section. (Like the Gears if War 2 map pack). There is no messing around with websites like the US versions.

Gears of war 4 promo codes for other games 2 out of 4 not working.

Cannot redeem 2 of the 4 sent promo codes for gears of war 1 and gears of war 3. Gears of war 2 and gears of war judgement I have redeemed. Microsoft support said that they are redeemable only on xbox 360. I cannot redeem them on microsft webpage or on the
xone console.

do you mean Philippines?

If so that would be why

Philippines isn't an xbox live region the codes only work when your account region matches your actual region since that's not possible you can't

The terms of the promotion does state not available in all regions this includes non Xbox live regions

Nothing other then using your actual region will work for gears 1 and 3

Since you don't live in an xbox live region it won't work

That's also a part of the terms and conditions of the promotion

The only way to get 100% content is to live in an supported region otherwise it's hit or miss for 360 games mostly triple a titles

Xbox one Games are region free

Please note that changing your console region wont fix the error

Only using the region migration tool will fix your issue but please don't because you don't live in an xbox live region and because of this you can't fix it not to mention it cancels your membership

I have this problem as well. I live in the UK and have download codes for all 4 Gears of War games (1, 2, 3 & Judgement). I cannot redeem Gear 1 or 3 but 2 and Judgement redeemed fine.

Keep in mind that Gears of War collection codes will continue to go out in waves. Please check out the Gears of War 4 store description for
information on how these codes go out. This includes Gears of War 4 codes included in the Gears of War 4 Xbox One S bundle.
Once that code is redeemed on your account, you should receive your games within 30 days.

To qualify, purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31 2016. Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption. Must be 17+. Xbox One, broadband internet (ISP fees apply)
