    Cannot redeem Gears of W games - Please help


    Plea se Help!!.. in december I purchased Geras 4, and came with the annother gears 1,2,3 and judgement, I recieved the codes but ony the gears 2 work, the other ones send me error, In my console the message is wrong region and account, and in my computer
    only: something went wrong, try again.

    My account is Usa, my region too, all my information is registered for Usa, my console its an Xbox One S,... Ill try every recomendation in the forums but any worked, the chat of xbox is always empty for support, and now i don't know what can I do.

    Cant redeem Gears codes from the Gears 4 bonus list.

    The Games that come bonus on the Gears 4 game cant be redeem but I can only redeem the Gears 2 and Judgment code but Gears 1 and 3 cant be redeem.

    Cannot download Gears 1 and 3 codes

    I have this problem as well. I live in the UK and have download codes for all 4 Gears of War games (1, 2, 3 & Judgement). I cannot redeem Gear 1 or 3 but 2 and Judgement redeemed fine.

    Sorry to hear it. Not all Gears games are available in Qatar. Changing your location will not resolve this issue as if the content is not available it still cannot be downloaded.
