Cannot redeem game codes

    Cannot redeem game codes


    I recently buy Gears of War 4 and got the 4 free games with codes. Gears of War, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3, Gears of War Judgement. I only get the Gears of War 2 and Gears of War Judgement. I cant seem to redeem the remaining 2.

    I dont think i need to change that option because i redeem the 2 other codes without problem.

    (god i shouldn't be helping you...supporting that team!. arrrggghhh Cannot redeem game codes :) )

    I had the same problem, which was really confusing for me to start with, I couldn't do anything online because the xbox one wanted me to accept updated terms and conditions to start with, when it did this I got a error which stopped me connecting to live, and although I could browse the web I couldn't get on the live service

    to get round this I went to the xbox live account on my pc and accepted them there - it then worked instantly.

    however from previous threads it seems like your already on live.

    No you cannot. Once a code is redeemed on an account you cannot redeem it again on another account. Even if like in your case, you didn't download the game.

    If you redeemed the codes on a friend's account then the games now belong to that account. They cannot be redeemed on your account as well.

    If the code is not a 25 character code, then it cannot be redeemed on Xbox. You would need to redeem the code on the Fastcard website.
