    Cannot Redeem Game Code


    Hi,

    I have a Battlefield 1 code that came on a card with my Xbox One. I'm unable to redeem the code.

    When I enter it into the Xbox or a computer browser I get an error:

    "Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page."

    I've definitely entered the code correctly. Can somebody please help me?

    (god i shouldn't be helping you...supporting that team!. arrrggghhh Cannot Redeem Game Code :) )

    I had the same problem, which was really confusing for me to start with, I couldn't do anything online because the xbox one wanted me to accept updated terms and conditions to start with, when it did this I got a error which stopped me connecting to live, and although I could browse the web I couldn't get on the live service

    to get round this I went to the xbox live account on my pc and accepted them there - it then worked instantly.

    however from previous threads it seems like your already on live.

    No you cannot. Once a code is redeemed on an account you cannot redeem it again on another account. Even if like in your case, you didn't download the game.

    If you redeemed the codes on a friend's account then the games now belong to that account. They cannot be redeemed on your account as well.

    If the code is not a 25 character code, then it cannot be redeemed on Xbox. You would need to redeem the code on the Fastcard website.
