    Cannot redeem forza horizon 3 code


    I bought an Xb1 S bundle that came with Forza Horizon 3. I'm unable to redeem the code however. I get a very strange error that's a bunch of random characters. The error I am getting right now is OeBCHs0jHESP+IEU.33.9

    I was on Xbox support chat earlier trying some things and I was told it's from the Xbox preview program...go figure. I submitted a ticket to them but not sure how long it takes a response. Never had an issue like this before. Any thoughts??

    Cannot redeem forza horizon 3 code

    Hi there,

    Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
    http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
    http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

    After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode (As far as I know doing it via xbox.com shouldn't be affected by the Preview program)

    Let us know the results, if that did anything

    I have verified all my info is correct. I tried from the website last night and it still would not work either. Microsoft support confirmed the code is valid and working. I'll be trying again here in a bit.
