Cannot redeem code for 2 days!

Discus and support Cannot redeem code for 2 days! in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have tried calling, chatting, emailing. What is going on with the server?     Cannot redeem code for 2 days!


    I have tried calling, chatting, emailing. What is going on with the server? I cannot redeem my xbox live gold card so that I can get my kid playing overwatch on her xbox one. Why isn't there anything about this on the website? I've tried multiple cards.
    When will this be fixed?

    (god i shouldn't be helping you...supporting that team!. arrrggghhh Cannot redeem code for 2 days! :) )

    I had the same problem, which was really confusing for me to start with, I couldn't do anything online because the xbox one wanted me to accept updated terms and conditions to start with, when it did this I got a error which stopped me connecting to live, and although I could browse the web I couldn't get on the live service

    to get round this I went to the xbox live account on my pc and accepted them there - it then worked instantly.

    however from previous threads it seems like your already on live.

    actually Wednesday are big!

    14 Day trial ended after 1 day

    Please bear in mind Xbox Gold trials does not stack to each other. If you redeemed a 14 day trial code then redeem a 2 day code it will remove the 14 day trial code. Have you redeemed other codes besides the 14 day trial?

    2-day trials

    you cannot get gold back.

    ANY type of trials (48 hour/2 week/1 month/etc) are not stackable. so you redeemed a code wed-so either u had it wed/thursday or thursday/friday PLUS the free gold weekend. then now you can redeem another code and have that one.

    once the code is redeemed, it's redeemed and cannot be used again.

    if you didn't use it/internet was out/etc it's still cannot be used again and a refund cannot be processed.
