    cannot redeem 3M Gold Live


    Hi Guys,

    hope you have a nice day, if anyone out there can guide me concerning the Redeem, it would be nice.

    each time i try to claim the 3Months Redeem code, the system recognizes it, but when i press continue button i have this error "Something went wrong. Sorry about that. Give it a try in a while".

    NB: i tested on PC & Console, each time the same error message, i already checked server status & it's ok...problem is persisting for 2 days now.

    My Gold Status is not reflected in MyVip profile

    Yes, I am having this same issue too. I have been Gold since 2010 on X360 and in Jan 2018, it stopped reflecting I am Gold on Xbox Rewards. It is asking me to sign up for Gold. Also, my Jan 2018 refund did not reflect the 10% Gold
    bonus. I only got 5%. It still shows I am Gold everywhere else on Xbox Live including support who claimed I started Gold on Jan 15. I thought it was because pn Jan 15, I redeemed a 3m Gold membership I bought to extend my time (Amazon was offering a buy 3m
    get 3m free so I redeemed 6m total). But it maybe a glitch.

    xbox emailed me 'successfully activated Prepaid 3M Xbox LIVE Gold on Tuesday, December 13, 2016' but i cant play.... when i want to redeem again i got that error... what do i do?????
