Cannot redeem 3200 pts?!

I bought a 3200 pts card today and i tried it to redeem on my console, but its errors. Okay... its my first time buying 3200, so i did it on the computer. But then it had this message:

error xbox points Pictures, error xbox points Images, error xbox points Photos, error xbox points Videos - Image - TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting

Can someone tell me whats going on? Is it because Xbox is updating for now or having some tech. issues? Or is the card redeemed? If so, I request Microsoft to send me a new card, since i paid like $300 HK dollars for it!

(god i shouldn't be helping you...supporting that team!. arrrggghhh )

I had the same problem, which was really confusing for me to start with, I couldn't do anything online because the xbox one wanted me to accept updated terms and conditions to start with, when it did this I got a error which stopped me connecting to live, and although I could browse the web I couldn't get on the live service

to get round this I went to the xbox live account on my pc and accepted them there - it then worked instantly.

however from previous threads it seems like your already on live.

actually Wednesday are big!

I can't redeem my 3200 Microsoft Points

Hi there,

that prepaid card could be for a certain region and to what region is your account connected?

If both don't match then that could be causing the problem.

Let us know the results.

My region is Hong Kong. I bought a few 1600 cards in the past and had no probs with that. I hope i can use that 3200 card, i spent ages savin it up.

If all is correct and it still isn't working I advise to contact Xbox Support via :

support.xbox.com/contact-us it should show the contact details for the region on your account

I think you get some skins when you purchase the pass. If you do purchase it the next 4 DLCs are included with the pass. I say 4 because EPIC might decide to release 5 but you will get all 4 for 2400 pts compared to 3200 without. Buy it if you plan on playing
for awhile
