Cannot Redeem 12Mo Prepaid Card

I have tried repeatedly to redeem this code. It recognizes it, but then gives me this error:

Something went wrong

The website just sits there and refuses to take the code. It acts like it loads then does nothing but refresh.. if that.

I tried it on my X360 and it returns an error as well. I can get that if it's needed.

Yes. You would just redeem the card like normal
support.xbox.com/.../redeem-prepaid-codes

..Interesting. I should have admittedly tried this before I started this thread but it only just occurred to me.

It said it didn't work every time, but.. it lies. My membership says it's 12M Prepaid and ends 5/26/2015.

In case anyone else runs into this again, try checking your memberships under Account Management if it gives you weird errors. It might've worked and is just fibbing to you.

 

Yeah I have the same error. Will check the Account Management and report back.

 

No, it still didn't work for me.

 

I got this error and used the online support through the website. Error was caused by "server maintenance" and the support person applied the code to my account and all was good
