Trying to redeem code on 12 month xbox live gold membership card was a gift.

Remeeming errors are usually caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check your billing information at http://billing.microsoft.com and http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues. After that try redeeming the code on
both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

Also check that account , console and code region match, using different regions van cause issues too.

this is the issue where you had turned-off auto-renewal and removed the PI tied to the subscription .

The solution for this issue is to wait until the current subscription expires and then you can redeem the code of sub.

Vous devez attendre l'expiration de l'abonnement encours pour que vous puissiez utiliser le code, donc ce n'est pas un souci sur ce dernier.
