Cannot recover my account

Is there someway to actually talk to a customer support person for microsoft? My account is locked because the password was entered wrong and now I cannot recover my account. It's been almost a week, I've been trying and no one from microsoft gets back
to me. I get an email saying they will get back to me in 24hrs and they dont. I can't use my email or my gamer tag for xbox. I'm getting really frustrated.

Sorry to hear you are running into this problem with your account. I understand you are trying to get a hold of support but have you tried following the Account Recovery Support page?

When you can't sign in to your Microsoft account

You can always
Contact Xbox Support if you would like to speak to a representative. Once you click on the link go ahead and follow the next steps.

Step 1: Select Xbox One

Step 2: Select "See other options"

Under Password & Security select "Online Safety"

Step 3: Select "Show contact options"

Step 4: Request a call from support.

Hmm. Should I request a call back off my console? I don't see where that is an option on the website? Xbox support website spins me in circles never providing any real solutions. I can't find a phone number or email to contact. Ive tried to recover the
account, several times, I'm told they cant verify ownership. Can I just add my xbox gamer tag to a new email? I barely use that email anyway. I really just want my gamer tag and my xbox live up and going again.
