cannot recover my account

so i created a account called NGAD Atum32 and i had a 5 rep profile (had this account long ago in the xbox 360 aura) and one day i lost my account .. i created a fake email account so when i signed in it would ask me to varify my email but...well yeah i
couldnt, so i created a new account () and i have so much stuff still left on my NGAD account and i dont know any of my security question answers, but i gave the recovery thing my xbox 360 id ...so i dont understand why its not being given to
me PLZ HELP

Cannot recover my account

Firstly, there was a reference number on my email, in small print at the bottom. So sorry for saying there wasn't.

And I've contacted Phone Support and spoken to a very nice gentleman who was able to see the alternate email that was linked to my account and sent a verification number to that address.

And so the issue should be sorted within the next 24 hours apparently, with my new email address no linked properly to the account, so in the future any verification emails will get sent there rather than that old email that I no longer have access to.

Sorry, that last line should say - I can't send verification emails to it....

Sorry to hear you are running into this problem with your account. I understand you are trying to get a hold of support but have you tried following the Account Recovery Support page?

When you can't sign in to your Microsoft account

You can always
Contact Xbox Support if you would like to speak to a representative. Once you click on the link go ahead and follow the next steps.

Step 1: Select Xbox One

Step 2: Select "See other options"

Under Password & Security select "Online Safety"

Step 3: Select "Show contact options"

Step 4: Request a call from support.

Hmm. Should I request a call back off my console? I don't see where that is an option on the website? Xbox support website spins me in circles never providing any real solutions. I can't find a phone number or email to contact. Ive tried to recover the
account, several times, I'm told they cant verify ownership. Can I just add my xbox gamer tag to a new email? I barely use that email anyway. I really just want my gamer tag and my xbox live up and going again.
