    Sorry I posted my original post in the wrong section. I've recently moved to China and have been playing fine, connected to live for a little over two months now. My internet went down for a few days and I called in an engineer, as soon as the internet was
    back up I could not connect to Xbox live at all, I went through all of the support suggestions. I was told to try and recover my gamertag on the console, when I did so I got the same error code but this time my gamer profile was removed from the console and
    now each time I try to recover it the bar loads to about 10% and fails. Xbox support told me to amend information on my love account but that did nothing and they have essentially told me to sit and wait for the problem to sort itself out. I don't feel like
    this I'd a problem that is going to sort itself out, fine to nothing in a day? Any help is greatly appreciated.

    I moved to mainland China from the US and brought my xbox one with me. What are my options?

    I cannot connect to local Chinese servers here. Do you recommend I buy an xbox one for China mainland? I don't speak Chinese. If I buy from here, can I change language to English? Cheers!

    I have 4 kids... help.

    did you need to or have you migrated your account? if not, that could be causing you an issue.. heres the page if you need to try that:

    login.live.com/login.srf

    otherwise what is the error code that you're getting?
