Cannot recover account, need to cancel subscription

Well if you are the creditcard holder.just call support.and ask them.to.remove your creditcard

You just.can't gain access to the account without the creditcard

Talking to your bank is the best option as Microsoft usually does not cancel a subscription from an account you do not remember/do not have access to.

It includes all the necessary steps to reset your account password or teachs you how to fill the recovery form.

If nothing works, the only option is to talk to your bank or credit card company and request them to stop all future payments from Microsoft.

I understand you already did that and it did not work, but they should be able to stop payments from Microsoft, doesn't matter if they charge your bank account or credit card.

Ok thank you, I don’t believe the email in question has had any log in for a good 1-2 years, we just don’t recall. We don’t want the account, only want to stop the payment so will contact bank again tomorrow and find out why and how Xbox have managed to take payment even though I asked for a stop.

Thanks for a reply, unfortunately I have found Microsoft to have very difficult customer service, I most definitely once sorted will encourage my family to get rid of their Xbox’s.
