Cannot receive messages, party invites, or game invites

I’ve had this problem for a few days already and it’s really bugging with me. I cannot receive or send messages, party invites, or game invites.

All the responses from similar threads weren’t helpful.

I’ve tried removing my profile and signing in again, resetting my modem, enabling UPNP, and disconnecting my internet.

My NAT type is Open

Hello, did you try a hard reset of your xbox yet?

Did you checked your account settings(privacy and online safety) if you did than you can reset your console (system-console info). This should help. With an external hdd o ssd you can backup your settings.

I do not have any enforcement action on my account. I also tried troubleshooting my network but it there is no problem. Its definitely not my privacy settings because I enabled all notifications.

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums! Just to clarify, have you checked to see if you have an Enforcement action on your account? You can do this by going to the
Enforcement website and signing into your account. If you have an enforcement action on your account it can prevent you from sending messages, party invites and game invites. If you
do not have an enforcement action on your account, and even if your NAT type is Open you will still want to

Troubleshoot your Network.
