cannot receive game invites/messages

Discus and support cannot receive game invites/messages in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I can't get notifications for game invites and messages.     Hey there YRNtfrake!

    Sorry to hear about the Live issues! I would start by troubleshooting NAT issues. Follow the steps in the Xbox One multiplayer solution page and let us know if that helps!

    I'm still having a problem where I can't get messages through my xbox but pop up on my smart glass app and I'm not recieving invites

    I'm having the same problem. It started this afternoon. And xbox.com/status not say anything about it. Should be temporary problem with the service live

    Having the same problem, sending party chats, it shows I sent but the recipient never receives.

    I'm having the same problem. Can't send a party invites. Can't get my fireteam together in Destiny. Please advise.

    Same here, currently waiting in line for the online support chat. Hopefully it'll be helpful since I've tried multiple hard resets and networking diagnostics.

    Alright folks, I just finished speaking with the chat support. They asked for my Xbox One IP address as well as my gamertag and everything works now! I hope that helps.
