Cannot receive a party invite.

Hello. I have performed all troubleshooting.

Deleted and re added account

Hard reset

Reset router

I am able to join a party and friends receive invites of mine but I am unable to get any invites currently. This just started happening today. My NAT is open and I am completely stuck as to the solution.

Not receiving party invites

Hi.

I am unable to receive party invites. Multiple friends in a party invited me multiple times, and I never received a single invite. But when I invite them, they do receive my invite imediately.

I restarted my Xbox one, checked my NAT (it's open), all network connections are fully operational. The proof of that is that the people in the party receive my invite but I don't receive theirs.

What kind of issue is this?

Yesterday I had also tried placing my wife's Xbox in the DMZ on our Cisco e1200. That didn't work either.

I'm sorry to see any notifications issues you may be running into! Sometimes, when this happens, something within the router has changed (ISP forced update, etc.). If you are wireless, try going wired and seeing if that helps.

However, we did have a service issue yesterday that could have affected this. If you are still having issues, give the above a shot. If that doesn't help you out, post back with your detailed network statistics so that we can start digging into what might
be going on. You can get this by going to Settings > All settings > Network > Network settings > Detailed network statistics.

You can post back with those in a regular text post or an image of the screen. I look forward to helping you out!

That solved my party invite issue but my game invites aren't sending.

Looks like you have the right NAT type, have you tried inviting to the party and also the game that usually works.

Clean the cache console and make Power Cycle. Perhaps it will. If not, there may be some Xbox Live problem at that time. This needs to be checked before you write for advice.
