Cannot read gift card number

Hello, a couple of numbers are not visible so I cannot redeem the gift card. The shop will not exchange. What do I do now?

I just found that I can't purchase live with a gift card is there anything I can do?

You cannot buy memberships with any gift cards on any online service

 

try to contact support to see if they can help,otherwise I'm afraid you'll have to buy a new one.

 

Unfortunately, about the only option you do have is a return with the seller. They may be able to get on the phone with Microsoft to void the card and get a new one issued. There isn't much that Xbox Live Support will be able to do for you without them,
I'm afraid.

Sorry for the issue with the code. You can request a call back and a support agent can help you. When you go to

Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
• Step 2 ----select no thanks, then select category system update
• Step 3-----gives some troubleshooting or help tips
  
• Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

Not having much luck, I am going through the process but the number stated was different. Tried to change it and was told that number did not exist?? tried to update account but could not see where to update phone.

There are 2 places you can update your phone number. You can update your phone number from your security information page here. You can also update your Phone number from

your billing information here.

I would update both phone numbers to be sure
