Trying to contact support about my Xbox Series X displaying GPU failure for months but all the website says is that the website is having technical difficulties. It's been like this for months and now my xbox is out of warrantee. I tried support on Twitter but they just said the xbox is out of warrantee and when I asked to complain, they ghosted me.

So I can't speak to anyone at Microsoft about this issue or even raise a repair ticket if I wanted. It's a disgrace. So fed up of Microsoft being so poor these days. About ready to give up on Xbox all together.

I understand. In your case, have you checked if by going to the virtual agent (bot) and then requesting an Agent/Advocate, it passes you to one? One option you have is to contact a gamer and inform that you can't complete the service request.

Make sure that you are using a compatible browser, like Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. Also, if necessary, try to sign out of your Microsoft account, and then try to request support.

Go to https://support.xbox.com/ and then go down to Customer Support (as shown on the screenshot attached). There, select Contact Us and on the next screen, select the green Contact Us button. There, fill out the necessary info, and on the last screen, you can try to request a call, or contact a gamer.

A gamer is able to help you solve the issue more directly through a online live chat, and if necessary, you can inform them of what the issue that you are having.

Not tried that. Contact a gamer? What does that do?

Usually, the procedure to get your device repaired is automatic, and doesn't need to make use of agents t help you get it fixed, which is why they automatically want you to go to the "Devices" page. But, you can select some other option if "Hardware failure" isn't working, and then you can let the agent know of the issue, that would be an option.
