    I cannot raise a case review on my latest ban everyone I click agree to conditions it brings up a orange box and I cannot get past it and it takes me back to were I click case review. I jeep receiving bans for doing nothing wrong and you give no explanation

    that's because the website is broken asf, it's not just you it's their sub-par service (as usual) they provide, it doesn't work for me 99.9% of the time either, I think that's probably the intention to make it difficult - it's been like this for years btw,
    so don't expect any change - they will continue banning and suspending people with no method of actually challenging the verdict available 'anywhere' - if you submit a 'case review' (just fyi) they see that as insubordination and issue a harder suspension
    (heads up) if you were thinking about doing that, best is just to educate the morons on here that see reporting people as part of 'xbox live'.

    the 'pets' of xbox are scumbags through and through - hiding behind protocol and yellow tape, utterly pathetic.
