    Cannot Purchase Xbox Live Gold


    I'm trying to buy a gold membership from the 1 month for $1 offer on the dashboard, but when I hit confirm purchase it loads and backs me out with no error message. I've already tried clearing the cache, turning it on and off, deleting my profile, and
    testing my connection. Yet, it still doesn't work and I still don't have gold. Any help would be appreciated.

    A gift card and an Xbox live gold subscription are 2 different things. Currently, currency in your account cannot be used to purchase an Xbox Live Gold subscription. So you would either have to purchase a subscription card or purchase it directly on the
    website/Xbox.

    I'm afraid that, at this time, Microsoft account funds cannot be used to purchase Xbox Live Gold subscriptions.

    You will need to purchase an Xbox Live Gold subscription individually to use it on your Xbox 360.

    Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is not compatible with Xbox 360, so the Xbox Live Gold that comes with it cannot be used on Xbox 360.
