Cannot Purchase Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition

"Sorry. This purchase cannot be completed at this time."

This is an ongoing issue even after speaking with chat support 3 times. They have no idea what's going on. I can buy anything else, including other BC titles of any content rating. HELP

Just bought Prey with no problem which is BC and rated M. This seems to be a marketplace problem just with Street fighter. Ugh

6 days of contacting support to no avail. 3 reps promised to get back to me within 1-2 days, but I haven't heard anything. I just can't buy this game.

I also purchased yet another BC game

without a problem :/

Sorry to hear about the purchase issue. Is there an additional error code that comes with that message? Error codes generally look similar to 0x0000000 or XBOS-0000. We would recommend reaching out to our chat support team again to follow up, as they normally
have better visibility on purchase issues and are the only path to take for account assistance. Please go ahead and reach out to them again and post back any error codes that may pop-up.

Nope, no other characters anywhere in the message. Just a simple statement, regardless of the device I try purchasing it on.

After as many times as I've reached out to Xbox support via chat, over the phone, and on Twitter, I don't think doing it again will help. I was really hoping the many promises of escalation and follow-up would come through.

If you do go for "Super Street Fighter 4" then the "Ultimate Arcade Edition" DLC is available at a discount in the Spring Sale right now.

This turnst your "Super Street Fighter IV" (the game that made your "Street Fighter IV" super) into "Ultimate Super Street Fighter IV Arcade" which adds some characters.

Is there an "Ultimate Super Street Fighter IV: Golden Arcade Edition" just around the corner?

With Capcom only a few months can tell.

"Street Fighter" was followed by "Street Fighter II", which was followed by "Super Street Fighter II" which was followed by "Super Street Fighter II Turbo" which was followed by "Super Street Fighter II Turbo: Championship Edition".

Which then brought us to "Street Fighter Alpha", which was followed by "Street Fighter Alpha 2", which was followed by "Street Fighter Alpha 3", which was followed by "Street Fighter Alpha 3: 2nd Impact" and "Streetfighter Ex"... (which in turn had "Streetfighter
Ex 2" and "Streetfighter Ex 3".
