    Why can't I buy Skate 3 for the Xbox One? I have money from redeem codes that I can't use for some reason There is no option to use my money there. Credit card is good, but it still will not let me buy it. Keeps saying sorry, try again later. I never
    had problems buying games online or downloading free ones with my subscription. What is wrong with Skate 3 (Xbox 360) for backward compatibility?

    'Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again.' Skate 3 Xbox One

    Attempting to purchase Skate 3 for Xbox One. Both credit card and Paypal are loaded onto my account, but I cannot purchase with neither. Both on desktop browser and console I get the message 'Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again.'.
    There is no error code.

    Are you able to purchase Skate 3 here on Xbox.com? Keep in mind, if you're using a child account the only option to purchase the game will be through an Xbox 360 console.

    Hello Ezequiel, I already own the Skate Share Pack. In Skate 3 there is an upgrade for it, and it says I can purchase it for 560 microsoft points.

    I've been trying to download Skate 3 since yesterday. I believe that I've been charged for my purchase but I keep being told that it's not possible to download Skate 3.

    This is very frustrating. I hope Microsoft sorts this out soon!

    Hi ,

    It's Skate 3. It has a "play" button but when he clicks it, it says something like "If you have the disk, please insert it If you do not have rights to this game, please go to the Microsoft store"

    But when he does, he just gets the "This item cannot be purchased at this time" message.
