    Cannot purchase or download games in the store.


    Need help I do into the store tab then click on a game and it comes up saying the thing I am looking for can not be found and to retry. It doesn't matter what game I click on I still get the same message error code says 0X00000005. I pay for each access
    but any game from the vault I try to download goes into the store and I get the same message. Need help.

    Cannot purchase or download games in the store.

    Same issue. Says, something went wrong(purchasing an xbox live subscription and trying to download life is strange Ep 1.. I also redeemed a code on xbox.com but didn't download on my X!.

    Sorry to hear about the frustrations. There was a Service Alert yesterday that impacted the Xbox Store and purchasing.

    Are you still experiencing the issue today? If so, could you please provide additional information? What are you attempting to purchase?

    Hi, I'm getting the error code PBR9002. I have tried to purchase GTA 5, and the GTA 5 / Shark bundle but I'm getting the above message. I have tried from Safari and Firefox without any luck. I've never had this problem before and haven't changed any details.
    Can you please advise. Thanks.

    If you purchased a code to use in the xbox live store and downloaded the game you cannot resell it. If you bought a disc then you can resell it.
