Cannot purchase or download dark souls DLC

Hello,

Ive been trying to purchase Dark souls "Artorias of the Abyss" DLC, but microsoft keeps refusing my money.

On the Xbox One store it simply says "show price" then says it cant be purchased here, and to purchase it on 360 or on xbox.com.

On xbox.com is says it cannot be purchased at this time.

I no longer own 360. As far as I can tell, there's no way to get this DLC.

Cannot Purchase on American Account, due to Currency and Content is not available in Local Region.

I am attempting to purchase and download Dark Souls: Artorias of the Abyss DLC. Unfortunately my Xbox Live Account is an American one, but I now live in South Africa. I cannot use my South African Credit Card to purchase the DLC due to the region issue and
I am further unable to purchase the DLC on my South African Live profile, as the DLC is not available for South Africa... Now what?

 

Dark Souls ( I ) and DLC Issues.

Hello. I purchased Dark Souls roughly a year ago during a sale for $5 on my 360. I'm now playing it on my Xbox one through backward compatibility. I want to purchase the Artorias of the Abyss DLC, but it says it's "bundle only." when I try to buy the
bundle, it only gives me the option to "play" or "re-download" Dark Souls. I've been told that I cannot get the DLC unless I purchase the bundle by a support representative named "Maja."

this brings me to the question: If I purchase the DLC on my 360, will I have it on my Xbox One? and if not, what can be done about this?
