    Cannot purchase gold or game pass ultimate


    Greetings, I am trying to purchase game pass ultimate on my home PC and when ever I attempt to click on the "join" button on the Microsoft store, it opens a web browser to the same page but the "Join" button is greyed out and I cannot click on it. I get
    the message, "Xbox Live Gold membership requires an Xbox Live Gold Account. Sign up here." I also get this error when I attempt to renew my gold subscription too. I believe this may have to do with me deciding to enable 2FA during my initial checkout
    on the Microsoft Store app which opened a small window within the app to buy Ultimate without opening a browser.

    HOW to convert Existing Xbox Gold to Game Pass Ultimate

    Good Day

    I've read many posts on converting Xbox Gold to Game Pass Ultimate but cannot find a specific HOW to do it.

    My Game Pass Ultimate expired and I purchased an Xbox 3 month Gold Voucher. After entering the voucher, it gives me 3 months of Gold. It did not convert to Game Pass Ultimate and I cannot play the games although the gold is active for 3 months. What i am
    looking for is a way or tutorial to convert the
    existing 3 months GOLD to Game Pass Ultimate.

    Problem with the association between Gold and Game Pass Ultimate.

    Unfortunately you would have to purchase gold again if that is what you want. Before purchasing the promotion, you are warned that whatever gold or regular game pass you have on your account will be converted to Ultimate Game Pass and cannot be converted
    back.

    I would suggest upgrading to Game Pass Ultimate. Ultimate includes Gold, Game Pass for the console, it's cheaper than purchasing Gold and Game Pass separately.

    Purchasing Xbox Game pass Ultimate, cancels your gold membership and game pass membership, and replaces it with ultimate which includes both gold and game pass.

    you can get game pass ultimate that includes gold. I am unaware of any game that is available through game pass so you cannot purchase separately. Perhaps if you give us the title
