    Cannot purchase Ea Access 1 month membership


    Hello,

    I've been trying to buy the Ea Access 1 month membership but I can't use the credits I already have on my account, it allways tell me too add a credit card and I would rather not. Last time this happened it worked just after a couple of minutes but i've
    been trying to buy the membership for about two hours now. Is there a way to fix this ?

    XBOX 360 and EA Access - cannot access the EA Access!

    We purchased a 12 month 360 gold membership with a 1 month free EA Access, but unable to access the EA Access as advertised. Has anyone found a way around this please?

    The purchase was an online download, it was advertised as for both 360 and ONE consoles. But I have since found out that EA Access is basically just for ONE consoles. To use on a 360 would only allow further online EA Access on EA games we have already purchased.
    If that makes sense. Yet it was advertised as this and as we have found out, the purchase provides different access for each platform, not something that has been advertised. If it was advertised that way, we would have chosen a 14 month gold membership for
    the same price:

    Cannot purchase Ea Access 1 month membership

    It's not possible to purchase subscription services with the currency on your account. At the moment, EA Access can only be purchased with credit card/Paypal. They are going to release prepaid cards in the future.

    I purchased the xbox live membership limited time offer promotion on the xbox store which is supposed to come with 1 month free EA access but I have not received an EA access subscription code so please help my situation

    I used a payment option "use a code" for EA Access. I put $30 in my account when I did that.

    This is listed in the FAQ that is on that page:

    What payment methods can I use to purchase EA Access membership?

    At the moment, we can only accept credit card and PayPal payments for EA Access membership.

    Anything that is purchased from a third party (Netflix, Hulu, EA Access, etc.) cannot be paid for with Microsoft currency since you're not paying Microsoft.

    If you have purchased a new Xbox 360 there will be 3 x 1 month Gold membership trials available.

    To access these you must create a brand new account on the console. The memberships are one per gamertag and cannot be merged.
