    Cannot Purchase/Download CoD Ghosts: Digital Hardened Edition


    I am almost certain that the issue is with Xbox Live. I've been trying to download the game and take advantage of the sale for a few days now and I keep getting a purchase error.

    I can download other games fine, but all CoD versions are not working.

    Is it just me?

    Bought Cod Ghost Digital/Hardened Ed, Not Installing, Help

    I just bought the digital hardened edition of CoD Ghost off the Xbox Store, and it's not installing. Everytime I press 'install' it just does nothing. Please help.

    It just worked for no reason. I don't know if there was an update overnight but I was able to purchase it.

    The error I was getting was:

    "Something went wrong

    Give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by entering the code below at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate.

    But like I said, it worked now. Don't know why, but it worked.

    I get the sense that the Xbox Marketplace is a bit overloaded right now, with the Ghosts Invasion Map Pack, plus several Games with Gold titles launching yesterday. I had purchase errors when attempting to download Max: Curse of the Brotherhood and Halo:
    Spartan Assault last night, but waiting about 2-3 minutes and trying again worked.

    Glad to hear it's sorted out!

    I get the sense that the Xbox Marketplace is a bit overloaded right now, with the Ghosts Invasion Map Pack, plus several Games with Gold titles launching yesterday. I had purchase errors when attempting to download Max: Curse of the Brotherhood and Halo:

    Cod Ghosts digital hardened edition

    Hi Itz Barbosa,

    From your Xbox, open up your games and apps library and then under Games at the top, scroll over to "Ready to Install". Games you own that have not been installed will be found here. You can also go to the Microsoft Store app on the Xbox, search for COD
    Ghosts and white text with a check mark will be indicated above the cover art that you own the title. You can scroll over to the right and select Install.

    Anytime you buy something directly from the Store on your Xbox, everything included in the edition will immediately go to your download Queue. I recommend double checking your game library in case it didn't already download.
