    Cannot purchase Destiny 2 Black Armoury DLC


    I'm having the exact same problem with the Black Armoury DLC.

    Before you ask: yes, I've done a full power cycle. Yes, I've reset my router. Yes, I'm sure I purchased the previous DLCs. No, this item is not available through the Store, only as a package with the base game and previous DLCs.

    I would really appreciate any help. This is frustrating.

    Thanks for posting here on the Xbox forums. I have split your post into its own thread in order to assist you directly. What error code do you get when you attempt the purchase? Have you attempted to make the purchase from Xbox.com?

    If you receive any sort of error code, you should try contacting Xbox support directly so that they can investigate your billing account.

    2. Select My Account
    3. Say No thanks to the virtual agent
    4. Select Error Messages and codes
    5. Skip step 3 and go to step 4
    6. Select request a callback from support
