    Cannot purchase content from Marketplace


    Hello,

    There are two offers in the Xbox Marketplace for free track packs for Rock Band 3 on the Xbox 360. When I attempt to confirm the purchase and download them, I get an error message that says "Sorry --Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again."

    I've tried several times over the course of a week without any change.

    When content comes up with that as the price it means it's not available for purchase from the marketplace. That price is there as a placeholder, but it is made so that you cannot purchase the content.

    Sorry, but you can no longer purchase that content. When some content is pulled from the marketplace it still remains listed in a game's in-game menus. Because it cannot be removed from the menu MSFT uses the -1 as a placeholder price to denote that it cannot
    be purchased.

    If the game has been removed from the Xbox Marketplace, it cannot be purchased. Only users who already own the game/content can redownload it as needed.

    Purchasing content from the marketplace

    No always. Some content is available on both systems such as Rocksmith 2014 songs, CoD Advanced Warfare content (CoD only available for upgrade until March) or Minecraft content.

    It's always best to do some research on the content to be sure that you can upgrade for free.
