Cannot purchase coins in Bingo

Discus and support Cannot purchase coins in Bingo in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Bingo will not allow me to purchase coins as I have done in the past. It tells me I already own this.     Cannot purchase coins in Bingo


    Bingo will not allow me to purchase coins as I have done in the past.

    It tells me I already own this.

    Please try later.

    Problem has been on going for 3-days now.

    Tickets on Bingo game

    Tickets allow you to purchase bingo cards. You cannot use them to purchase Keys or Coins.

    This actually has been going on since January and i would also like to have it fixed please Microsoft Look into it and Fix it. I think it's been long enough to have solved the problem.

    I'm having the same issue with Microsoft Bingo. I have attempted to purchase the 200 coin pack and it has charged my accounts I used for payment both times but it hasn't given me the coins! I can't find a way to contact them either.

    Hey there, do you notice that the purchases do not go through at a certain time of day or does this just happen randomly? You library can be found by logging into the Microsoft Store on your PC then selecting your profile at the top. Do you see any content
    to "download" when you check there?
