Discus and support cannot purchase black ops in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I've tried on the xbox one, failed. so i went to buy on xbox.com. failed there too. tried with three different credit cards, and paypal. keep getting...     I've tried on the xbox one, failed. so i went to buy on xbox.com. failed there too. tried with three different credit cards, and paypal. keep getting the error, "Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again."



    what gives?

    whenever I try to purchase the game “COD: black ops 2” it always says “you cannot purchase this item right now” anyone know why this is happening?

    Xbox Support are saying it's due to a Purchase and Content Usage issue that's ongoing.

    I am trying to buy Black Ops 2 also and keep getting this message...

    Left 4 Dead 2 download issue.

    Having the same problem. I recently bought Black Ops 1 again through the website and that worked. But cannot buy Left 4 Dead 2. Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again. Tried PayPal and Credit. Other purchases work through Xbox
    store just not L4D2.

    Tried that @KristianGrey, just get the message "Sorry, cannot be purchased at this time. Please try again."

    I would also like to point out that I am able to purchase other backwards compatible games, just not Black Ops 1.
