    Cannot purchase black ops 2 from Xbox game store


    every time I try to buy black ops 2, I'll get a message that says "sorry you purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again."

    Left 4 Dead 2 download issue.

    Having the same problem. I recently bought Black Ops 1 again through the website and that worked. But cannot buy Left 4 Dead 2. Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again. Tried PayPal and Credit. Other purchases work through Xbox
    store just not L4D2.

    Black ops 2 wont download

    when I go to the Xbox store to buy black ops 2, it replies with a message saying I cannot buy this on Xbox.com please make purchase on Xbox when I already am. If someone could help please let me know.

    Do you happen to have a credit card on file, or is your account perhaps a child account? Additionally, have you tried purchasing

    Black Ops II on Xbox.com    ? Keep in mind that in order to make Xbox 360 game purchases on Xbox.com or the Xbox One console, you will need a credit card on file. If you're a child account, the parent account must make the purchase or the purchase will need
    to be made on an Xbox 360 console.

    DLC MISSING!!!

    If the content isn't in your download history then it means that it wasn't purchased with this account. You can only re-download content from the gamertag that purchased the content.

    Also, if you have the Black Ops 2 Season pass you'd download the content from the in-game store on Black Ops 2, it would be listed as Free.

    BOII Unreadable disc error

    I swapped disc drives between my two consoles. One could play Black Ops 2, but I bought it off ebay and it was banned from Live. So I swapped that drive with my other xbox, which cannot play black ops 2, and the new drive in it (Which CAN play Black Ops
    2 in the other xbox) cannot once being installed into the xbox that could not play it. This is clearly not the drives being bad in any way.
