Cannot purchase backwards compatible games from the store

Unfortunately, you cannot game from the backwards compatibility list from the Xbox One store. You can only purchase them from an 360 or the website.

you would only be able to buy backwards compatible games on the Xbox one/series store. They do not go backwards to the 360.

You cannot buy games once the store has deactivated purchasing, or add new games to your account for 360 store

If you are inside the backward-compatible menu (X360 interface from X1) you can purchase additinal contents for X360. You cannot purchase them directly from dashboard of X1, but you can only buy backward-compatible games.

If you have any specific questions, it would be best to ask those.

If you've already purchased any games that are backwards compatible, they'll show as ready to install in your library in your Games and Apps. If you previously played them on a 360 and stored your save on the cloud, your save will be there when you start
to play the game.

If you're looking to purchase backwards compatible games, you would do so the way you purchase One games through the Xbox store. You cannot use a Microsoft account balance to purchase backwards compatible games through the One, so you would need to use a
credit card or Paypal to make the purchase.
