    Cannot purchase anything via XBL store or xbox.com


    I've been trying to purchase How To Survive using paypal and XBL credit but can't. The message that appears tells me that the transaction cannot be authorized and I've never had this problem before

    GAMES WITH GOLD? No where to be seen in Australia

    Seeing the same issue, Im in AU, cannot get if for free via xbox.com, via mobile app, via xboxone or via in game add on.

    I have seen reports that it is working no problems in the NZ store

    Hello, I can not pay via paypal Dust: An Elysian Tale. Previously, all paid for by this method, I have not changed anything. Now produces an error on the console and xbox.com.:

    console: error code: 80190848 or 80167611

    xbox.com: "Sorry

    Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again".

    Please help. billing address is ok. Credit card is ok.

    Sorry to hear it. Please check all your info at commerce.microsoft.com to see if there are any billing issues that may be blocking you.

    If you can't find anything there then you should contact phone support for more assistance. If you live in North America then dial 1-800-469-9269

    There's nothing on commerce.microsoft.com that wouldn't allow me to pay and I live in England so the support line will be closed for the night

    I'm down. First time in a long time. It would be nice if they update their XBL status page as the outage listed is for people who "cannot send messages via xbox.com" which ain't a concern for me.
