    good day all,ı have xbox 360 and xbox one s,ı can purchase anything including dlcs on xbox 360 and through pc but when ı try to buy anything on xbox one it says something like "something went from ourside waiting sometime maybe solution" (sorry for english
    ı directly translated the original turkish version).so is there any solution for that?or i must continue to buy everything for xbox one on pc?

    Thanks guys. I am yet to hear from them and when I spoke on the phone with your service team they said 2 business days... That was more the 4 days ago I believe? I'm still waiting on a phone call or something. Thoughts ?

    Mister ohnaka thanks for your reply but I have tried all this and even after contacting support via phone they have had to escalated this. I'm awaiting on a phone call back. Also Xbox support in twitter mentioned that they are looking into it and that they

    This is typically caused by a region mismatch error. Which country are you physically located in and which country is your account set to?

    Which Games or DLC are you trying to purchase where you are seeing this error as well?

    Cannot purchase ANYTHING

    I know you said you checked your privacy settings, but I would use
    this guide     tomake sure you have done it properly.

    Also I have seen someone say that if you change the setting to "cant buy anything" and then revert it back to be able to buy anything it fixed it so it's worth a shot.

    Just to clarify (and hopefully help get your problem resolved) is your account classified as a minor/childs account? The other accounts on the family pack, are they adult accounts?

    Cannot Purchase Anything

    Hi seems to be a common issue at the moment and one which has affected me; I could not buy anything online or on console event though all methods valid and enough funds etc.

    After contacting support here:
    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

    It turns out the issue relates to a risk block where by if you buy numerous items in a short time scale or have suddenly bought something after a long break then the system automatically lock your account to prevent fraud.

    To remove the lock please contact support as above and explain the issue.

    Be aware it took 5 days for a resolution for me but I have been told now up to 20 says so please be patient.
