    Xbox is so badly developed for playing on tablet !!!!!

    Can no longer play bingo on my tablet !! what is Xbox problem ???? keeps telling me CANNOT COMPLTET PURCHASE even though I have not tried to purchase anything. Bingo is still in my apps but says I need to log in.

    Does anyone else have trouble making purchases from the store?

    Nearly 6 months ago I made a purchase of gold coins from the store. Since then, I have been unable to make any purchases in any amount. I get an error code and Cannot complete purchase as it has already been previously purchased message!

    You should be able to find a solution to help fix your problem here. If the problem is caused by a in game bug then you will need to contact the game developer. For more help you can also call official Xbox customer support.

    The purchase history shows three months and for some reason is not on there but the dlcs are, maybe purchased it longer than three months ago, when we try to play it it says insert the disk or install from the store, but going to the store it already says
    installed. It was working fine yesterday but now cannot get onto it and looking at google it says it has been taken off game pass.

    Will I have to re-purchase the game at full price in order to play it again?

    No this is definitely wrong. I am 100% certain that I've purchased 3 years in the past, it was on 3 years just a month or so ago!

    As I've said, I've purchased 3 years of gold and I've had 1 year of silver in the past.

    I checked my membership history, 2 of my 12 month memberships and 1 of my 3 months memberships has been removed. Why is this?

    I'm actually pretty frustrated that the system has made this mistake as I'm completely certain that my tenure should be 3. I'd like this to be fixed as soon as possible please, as I've done nothing wrong on my part.
