    Cannot purchase anything from xbox from console or pc


    Whenever I try to buy something i get a "Something went wrong" and then a long code that microsoft doesn't recognize

    It has noting to do with the card I'm using and noting to do with my billing account as I've checked it all already.

    It might have something to do with microsoft preventing me from paying for anything due to an IP address change or something, but i also checked that and it was the same.

    All I want to do is buy some xbox live gold time to play
    Any help is appreciated

    Purchasing MS Points not working?

    Same here, on both console and PC, for 3 days now I cannot purchase any points, tried different credit cards and paypal, it just always says 'cannot process request at this time" or on console says 'cannot get information from xbox live'

    says pc unkown and network unknown

    cannot purchase xbox live subscription from console. xboxlive connection test says good,but pc connection test says network and pc unkown.never had this problem before.although i have had my system turned off for 4 months.

    Same error just happened to me. purchase billing 9022xxxxx even thought I made a purchase yesterday without any problem with the same card.

    I re entered the card details, tried another card both on Xbox one console or Xbox.com no luck. So stupid that I now have to look for third party website to buy my membership....

    Can i install any software app game or even download anything not from the Microsoft Store or marketplace?

    You cannot use anything not from the Microsoft store. An Xbox is not a PC

    You would have to purchase the PC version of the game in order to play it on PC, which is not available through the Microsoft store. Progress from the console cannot be transferred to the PC version.
