    Cannot purchase anything from the Xbox store


    Everytime i have tried to purchase anything for the last 4 days it says oops try again eith no error code nothing i need support and am not able to get any from the support page as my issue aperently isnt a bog enough issue to get a call or a chat window i need to onow what the problem os i already did all the troubleshooting bs and nothing is working i just used the same card i use for xbox at walmart no problem can i get some help or not microsoft

    have one more question upon purchase from store,

    once i step into store in xbox one there are pop ups with some comments and i even cannot purchase anything even add-ons, does this happens because of regional restriction?

    Is there a way to purchase roblox premium with the microsoft gift card WITHOUT AN XBOX ACCOUNT?

    if you wish to purchase and use things from the Microsoft store you need Microsoft account

    You cannot use gift cards to purchase subscription services through Xbox

    anything else you would have to contact Roblox support

    it means whoever you purchased the code from has not activated it at the point of purchase which they should do, you need to contact the store you got it from, Microsoft cannot do anything about it as it is a retailer issue.

    You cannot use anything not from the Microsoft store. An Xbox is not a PC
