    Cant purchase black ops 2 dlcs

    Whenever I try to purchase the season pass for black ops 2 it says that premium content is blocked for this profile and my account set to adult. Please help.

    Call Of Duty Black Ops 2

    I have bought Black Ops 2 for my Xbox One and you need to download the Nuketown 2025 DLC to play multiplayer. Unfortunately when I press confirm it says "Premium content is blocked for this profile." Can anyone help me out to fix this?

    I'm sorry to see any issues purchasing some DLC for Call of Duty games! This error appears when attempting to purchase the content on a child account. If the account you're trying to make the purchase on is a child account, the content will need to be purchased
    on an Xbox 360 console.

    However, if the account isn't a child account, let me know so that we can dig further into this!
