Cannot purchase any backwards compatible titles on my Xbox one

this is the message I get every time for any bc game Xbox or 360 including games with gold titles

Can't find game I just purchased on Xbox website

Hello carlislemom2003,

360 demos of titles are not backwards compatible with the Xbox One. If you wish to play Sonic, you will need to purchase the full game title as that is what is backwards compatible.

You can play any 360 games that are backwards compatible on the One Xbox One Backward Compatibility List | Xbox

I have been having the same issus for a month now with no response. Tried different browsers and xbox and it never works. I missed out on last months free 360 game because of this too.

Ive been having this issue for at least a month. When i try to buy games for xbox 360, on my xbox one, and in Microsoft store.

 

Contact support that is very weird...

 

This is actually something that I had encountered myself. The fix for me was to re-download my Xbox 360 profile on my Xbox one console

To do this, you need to start an Xbox 360 game on your Xbox one console and then push start and select at the same time; then go to storage, delete your profile and finally re-download it

This actually worked for me in being able to see a games price now. But now im getting a “Sorry your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again.” Ugh...

 

What if this purchase is the first 360 game you are buying and you have no 360 games to start To redownload your profile.

This is so Microsoft....

I downloaded a 360 game from Gold before, like 2 months ago... and I have others 360 games but in discs...
