Cannot purchase a Mature game

My son has an account that will not allow him to purchase an M rated game. I have attempted to change the settings to allow for "anything" to be bought online but it still does not work. I also worked with. Rep over chat who had me add my parent gamer tag,
change the settings, power the box, disconnect/reconect to wifi, etc. but it still did not work. Please help. it might also be best to have a private session to resolve the issue quicker as I have already spent close to 2 hours with the other rep with no success.

there is a misunderstanding, you CAN play mature content as far as games, as long as the parental controls allow it, now for mature rated demos/videos, NO they cannot be downloaded on a child account.

To change the privacy settings your account must be an adult account, otherwise you will not have access.

if your account is for a child, you need an adult account to link your account and manage your privacy settings
