    Cannot play xbox live multiplayer or join groups


    As in the title. I can still download games with gold. I havent got a message about a ban or anything and when i try to join a group i get a message that i dont have gold.

    Minecraft online not working

    when I was going to play the mini games on Minecraft it says ”You cannot join or host public games as one or more players are not allowed to play multiplayer games on Xbox Live” What do I do I’m really confused

    your profile is not allowed to play on xbox live

    The profile you are posting on is a Silver account which cannot play online multiplayer. You must buy a gold subscription to play online.

    Thank you for your reply. All privacy settings have been verified and are set to “Active” or “Everyone” so there should be no barrier to multi-player games and join groups.

    The problem is not that I can’t join a specific Realm. It’s a general problem. Under Play, Minecraft says says “You need permission. You cannot play on Realms because of how your Xbox Live account is set up. This can be changed in your privacy & online safety
    settings on Xbox Live."
