Cannot play with friends in Minecraft PE

Hi,

I've being running on an issue since yesterday, I can't join my friend Minecraft world, neither he can join me too.. we was in a plan to play together (5 people), other 3 are able to join the host, but I can't!

I can play on server just fine. but I can't join my friends.

we are the same version, multiplayer through Microsoft XBOX account.

I have tried to relogin to my account still no results

Clearing my MCPE cache also doesn't help...

1 month before now, I still can play normally. Please help..

1 month ago, my ping to a server (The Hive) is 32-36ms

Now it's 206ms. but it doesn't lag (just asking if this just errors or there's something that connects to this, which made me can't join my friend account)

I made new account too, but still the same.

There are a couple things that you need to check. The first one is to check your online safety and privacy settings. Please access the following link to make sire they are well adjusted => Manage Xbox online safety and privacy settings | Xbox Support.

The second thing that you will need to make sure of is that your NAT type is open. If the NAT type is not open, you will need to open some ports with your internet provider. These ports must be open for Xbox Live to work: Port 88 (UDP) Port 3074 (UDP and TCP) Port 53 (UDP and TCP) Port 80 (TCP) Port 500 (UDP) Port 3544 (UDP) Port 4500 (UDP).

What's the exact message it gives you? And are you on a child account?
