Cannot play with a friend online inF12021

Hello. I bought the formula 1 2021 version, but I cannot play with my friend. I mean, we wanted to play co-op career, but while joining the session, it says that you must be signed in to xbox live. But everything ele works fine. And ofc I am logged in. And after we couldnt do this, we wanted to join a random online room to play, but we can't even join the same session! It keeps on saying error if on of us is already in the session, or if we somehow get in the same session, we get disconnected, or at least one of us. So basically we can do anything, and everything works fine if we don't do it together, but if we wanna play together, well, it's just not working..... How is it possible? What is the solution?,” we think we might have found something to help.

We both tried everything but it still doesn't work. I even resetted the xbox and erased all my games so I downloaded it again, but it still doesn't work. I found other hungarian ppl having the same problem. I cannot play with them either, we tried.

We recommend running the console speed test by following the steps below:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings.
Select Test network speed & statistics.

You can also try accessing Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

After going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, re-plug them back again, then restart your console.

In case the issue still persists, the next step would be to perform a reset on the console. To do so you will need to follow the steps below to perform a reset on the Xbox :

Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

I don't think that is the problem. My brother and I can still play online games but only by ourselves and without any friends. I don't think im getting ddosed.

This sounds like it may be a DDoS/DoS Attack. These kinds of attacks are a federal crime in the US and your ISP (Internet Service Provider) will help enforce it, as long as it is such an attack. If you are hosting the private lobbies, do your friends lag?
When you host a private lobby in most games the other players are playing off your local Console so you would not notice the lag but they might. If this is happening like I said, you should shut down and unplug your router or cable modem for about 15 minutes,
hopefully giving you a new IP address so the attackers can not boot you again. If the problem persists, consider contacting your ISP about the issue and ask them for a new IP. They should guide you through the process which allows them to give you a new IP
address.
